You and up to five dependents will have a free Calm subscription, the world’s #1 app for mental fitness, helping with managing stress, anxiety, focus and sleep.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
A confidential 24/7 resource staffed by licensed counselors who can help you and family members with a wide range of work and life issues. This resource also includes support for crisis counseling, legal and financial matters such as bankruptcy, budget and debt assistance.
Behavioral Health Resources

Retirement Planning

Once you are eligible, Leprino will match your 401k contributions up to an annual max, and you will be automatically enrolled in Leprino’s Profit Sharing plan. As appreciation for your contributions towards our success, the Profit Sharing plan is designed to share a portion of our annual profits through a percentage of your earnings. The Leprino Foods Company Foundation is proud to offer “LeprinoScholars,” our post-secondary education scholarship program, for dependents of full-time employees, up to 26 years old. Adoption Reimbursement
We offer up to $15,000 lifetime adoption reimbursement to help make this process easier for you financially.
